so i just finished reading the shack. i don't think i've processed exactly what i think about it yet. the best way to explain it is that it's a lot to take in. it completely challenges everything about how you picture God and his role in our lives. i've heard that it's been a little controversial but i haven't really read much into that. obviously, it's not meant to be taken as solid fact but it's thought-provoking nonetheless. i almost want to go back and read it and take it more slowly...maybe find a study or commentary on it!anyway...i highly recommend it and if anything, hope you finish it knowing somebody is "especially fond of you."
